This year we are looking for Consortia that are really able to demonstrate the depth of their working in the following areas:-

• Mature governance arrangements

• Strong engagement with member practice

• Getting a grip of QIPP – evidence of broad ownership of these challenges

• Partnership working with other stakeholders – linked to the health & well being agenda / health & social care interface

• Patient & Public Involvement & responsiveness

• Tackling some difficult issues e.g. decommissioning services
