Judges
Criteria
Entries for this category should be no more than 4 sides of A4 and should include:
- A description of the service or practice
- Drivers for developing the service or practice
- Key challenges faced
- Accomplishments: outcomes or benefits of the service or practice to either the provider, the purchaser or the patient (evidence of outcome)
- How you think your example differs from current practice elsewhere
- Future direction
The award will be judged on the following criteria:
Improving patient experience
Degree of Innovation
Evidence of outcome
Impact on local health economy
Cost effectiveness
Reproducibility
