Membership Application

Membership of the NHS Alliance is open to any individual Health Care professional working in a Primary Care organisation including : 

PCTs, PECs, Practices  GP’s, Nurses,  Health Visitors,  Midwives,  Managers, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals, Optometrists, Dentists

Any other individual or organisation may join as an associate member. Members receive a new members pack, advance notice of NHS Alliance events, regular updates and member-only offers.

Please note that an annual subscription fee, as shown on the form, will be payable on joining NHS Alliance
